Spaces for persons with disabilitiesDesignated spaces available, along with security officers present during operating hours.

ResponsibilityMake sure to lock your vehicle. The CBA is not responsible for items left inside vehicles or for vehicles after closing time.

Lost ticketsLost tickets will be charged at the full rate from the operator's start time until vehicle pickup. Claims must be made before moving the vehicle.

Chair LiftsInstalled in two locations: one in the Carlos Marichal Experimental Hall and another in the dressing room reception area for access to the Antonio Paoli Festival Hall.

Security PersonnelThe CBA maintains security personnel with access to all rented areas at all times. This staff ensures compliance with the center's security regulations.

Contracted SecurityProductions may hire additional security, as long as they coordinate with the Parking Supervisor's Office. Contractors operate exclusively under the orders of CBA supervisors.

Weapons ProhibitionNo lessee security agent may enter CBA premises armed, except for Puerto Rico Police and state government security agents.

Food & Beverages — ExclusivityFood and beverage service is exclusive to the Luis A. Ferré Performing Arts Center. Outside food or beverages are not permitted.

Event CateringFull catering service with customized menus for receptions, intermissions, and private events.

Beverage ServiceConnected Group manages beverage and cocktail service for special events and rentals.

Furniture & LinensService includes linens, furniture, and event planning consultation.
